Bei so einem beliebten Motorrad wie der R1200GS beinhaltet die
Weiterentwicklung zur R1250GS verständlicherweise keine radikale
Änderung. Doch der neue Motor ist eine absolute Wucht! Sie hat nun
etwas
mehr Elektronik serienmäßig an board und bleibt dennoch eindeutig
erkennbar. Die Variotouringscheibe (VT) mit ihrer Maximallänge von
47cm
sorgt für eine nahezu verwirbelungsfreie Anströmung des
unternehmungslustigen Fahrers. Durch die Hinterströmung des
Spoilers
wird der Windstrom verlangsamt und die Lärm verursachenden
Verwirbelungen werden reduziert. Die Variotouringscheibe ist in farblos
und
rauchgrau erhältlich.
